Concho Hills is Taking Reservations for 2025!
We are taking reservations for 2025! We are looking forward to seeing our return guests as well as meeting new people to enjoy our ranch and lifestyle.
Note: Please be aware that we are currently operating at reduced capacity as we work through the challenges of rehiring staff. For safety reasons, we have temporarily limited our capacity to a maximum of four riders until we can fully staff our ranch. The GREAT NEWS for you, is that you will have a more intimate stay, customized to your desires.
We will kindly request some flexibility from our guests regarding arrival dates and scheduling and please keep in mind that availability will be limited, so we encourage you to book your stay as early as possible.

As winter wraps our ranch in a peaceful, quiet embrace, take a moment to appreciate the tranquil beauty surrounding you. Marilyn and I are committed to ensuring your visit is not just enjoyable but truly personalized.
Winter means the the grass has changed from green to our winter golden tan. The cows are very pregnant and in the next months will be accompanied by the sound of calves. The horse’s coats are long and shaggy for warmth, as are the cattle’s coats. Embrace the cowboy spirit and reconnect with nature in a way that refreshes your spirit like the crisp morning air.

Remember, we have non-riding rates as well.
Riding for the Brand Special
Brands have been the symbol of a ranch in the west since the arrival of the Spanish. “Riding for the brand” became a term to describe the principle of loyalty that cowboys practiced when they worked for a ranch because the ranch preserved and respected their values and ethics that was their way of life.
Nothing is more flattering when someone decides to come back to our ranch to work or play. There are a lot of ranches out there and for one to choose to come back means they found something special there. To reward that loyalty and appreciation for what we do, Concho Hills offers a 10% discount to any guests who return to Concho Hills to Ride for the Brand. This discount is for returning guests, to be applied to our normal rates. (It cannot be used in addition to other seasonal specials.)
Adult Only Weeks
At Concho Hills we have a minimum age limit of 12 years of age. We can designate Adult Only Weeks (except spring breaks) for clients who desire a stay at a venue with no one under the age of 21. Please inquire in advance to work out the dates to be designated as Adults Only, and we will post it here on our specials page. No discounts will apply (except for returning guests).

Terms for Specials
Specials * are discounted rates that apply to certain defined persons, or groups, for a specific period of time. Discounts are posted by Concho Hills for certain holidays or other events. Specials are posted regularly, so check back often.
If anyone confirmed a booking for prior to a special being posted, then the discounted rate will be applied to anyone qualifying for the specified period. So there is no reason not to confirm your stay, wondering if a future discounted rate might apply.
